This Infectious Disease Control Plan – COVID-19 (“Plan”) has been prepared by Teamwrkx Construction, Inc. (“TXC”)
for use on TXC projects during the COVID-19 Pandemic for TXC employees and subcontractors/vendors under TXC’s
control and in accordance with applicable directives and guidance provided by federal, state and local public health
authorities, including Santa Clara County’s construction project safety protocols (see Appendix B-1 and B-2). TXC
continues to monitor the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation and will revise and/or update the Plan as necessary to
be consistent with local, state and federal guidelines and requirements.
