Prescreen Process
Upon arrival to the job site all personnel will:
•
Report to the COVID-19 prescreen check point
•
You will be asked a series of questions
▪ Have you traveled outside of the country in the past 2 weeks?
▪ Have you had any contact with anyone who has test positive for COVID-19?
▪ Do you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms? (Fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills,
muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell)
•
Your temperature will be taken
▪ Any temperature reading of over 100.4 F – individual will not be permitted on-site
•
Sign-in to the jobsite
•
Read and sign the COVID-19 requirements sheet
