Q: What if we are using turnstiles to control site access?
A: COVID virus can live on surfaces for extended periods of time. We recommend
closing turnstiles and modifying site access to prevent contact with surfaces. Some
teams have started using RFD
Q: What if our temp toilet service providers only clean toilets, but don’t disinfect?
A: Teamwrkx will ask their service providers if they can also disinfect surfaces.
Additionally, teams should be talking with craft employees and asking them if they’ve
washed their hands recently, just as you would be asking them if they’ve had enough
water when it’s hot.
Q: Some tasks require shared tools. Is this practical?
A: We need to find ways to eliminate shared tools. Buy more tools if you need to. Assign
one person to use the tool. There may be impacts to cost and schedules in which case
work with your team to quantify and have the conversation with your owner. If sharing
tools is necessary, users shall clean and disinfect between use.
