Q: Should we require an "all clear" doctor's note for someone who has left the project
because of symptoms?
A: Individuals with COVID-symptoms 19 who have stayed home (home isolated) can
stop home isolation under the following conditions:
If you did not have a test to determine if you are still contagious, you can leave
home after ALL these three things have happened:
1. You have had no fever for at least 72 hours (that is three full
days of no fever without the use medicine that reduces fevers)
AND
2. other symptoms are gone (for example, when your cough,
shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, loss of taste
or smell have improved) AND
3. at least 7 days have passed since your symptoms first appeared

Your doctor will follow CDC guidelines.
Q: How can we reduce potential contact from a person who self-reports symptoms
consistent with COViD-19?
A: We want to reduce contact as much as possible. While we want to encourage selfreporting, we want to discourage a person from coming into a trailer or highly
populated area to self-report. Encourage everyone who thinks they may have
symptoms consistent with COVID-19 on-site to go to their vehicle or an area away from
people and then contact their supervisor via phone.
